Mold Inspection
MOLD INSPECTION AND TESTING BY WALDO HOME INSPECTION:
VISUAL ANALYSIS AND SITE REVIEW: Visit the site to evaluate mold and moisture conditions to help determine the extent of the problem areas. We offer the following service
- MOLD AIR SAMPLE TESTING: If warranted, air sampling with be conducted and samples sent to independent lab for results.
- MOLD PHYSICAL SAMPLE TESTING: If visual analysis warrants and visible signs of mold are evident swab and or tape samples can be done in addition to air samples.
- INDEPENDENT LAB ANAYLSIS: All samples will be sent to an independent lab for anaysis and a seperate report will be generated by the lab.
